A. Yes. Creative Services fully believes in customizing our products to fit your needs.
Q. Can I get something completely custom with Creative Services?
A. Yes. Design is $35/hr.
Q. Can you print my files that I have created at home or exported from a design center?
A. Yes. Please submit your PDF or JPG.
Creative Services will be diligent in contacting you if we find the
quality is questionable but ultimately cannot be held liable for the
file you provided. Please contact us for printing files not PDFs or
JPGs and we will do our best to work with you.
Q. I don't want to do mailers but drop off client gifts. Do you have anything for that?
A. Yes. Creative Services offers "Frequency Cards"
which have cute sayings and pictures relating to a multitude of
potential client gifts. Do you have gift that doesn't match any our
choices? No problem - we will make a special one for you.
Q. What size labels do you have?
A. 3.33 in. x 4 in. our typical shipping label size
1 in. x 2.625 in. our typical return agent label size
4 in. x 2 in. our typical business card label size
4 in. x 1 in.

CD Labels
Q. What can I use labels for other than for mailing purposes?
A. Put them on water bottles, client gifts, when organizing folders,
etc. The sky is the limit. Again, you are not stuck to the
template. Creative Services can print your custom message. Don't forget
to give them to your clients as an INEXPENSIVE closing gift.
Q. I see you have seasonal address labels, but don't have the holiday I would like to promote. Can you create a new one?
A. If you want to have a special "Earth Day" or "Celebrate Ice Cream Month", etc. seasonal labels - let us know.
Q. What can I use the CD labels for?
A. You might want to put your client's transaction
information/documents, pictures, virtual tours, comparative market
analysis, neighborhood information, etc. on a CD. Customize the front of
the CD with your information, so your information is remembered by your
customers. Or you are making music CDs for a celebration, etc.
Q. Do you offer printing on the 2nd side of business cards?
A. Yes, Currently we have templates for requesting referrals, the
current calendar, a tip scale, and an amortization table BUT feel free
to have whatever you want printed on the back of your business cards.
Q. Do you offer Contract Envelopes?
Yes. These are great for other real estate agents to quickly find and identify your offer to purchase.
Q. What are Walking Cards?
A. These are printed on cardstock vs. paper, and the cards are a third
of the usual letter size and with a full color
front and back. Creative Services wanted to offer money-saving options
and these are a little easier for people to "walk-away" with and hold
onto to.
Q. What are Impact Cards?
A These are large postcards with a very simple message on the front.
Bold and simple messages catch attention quickly and draw in potential
clients. The backs are printed with your customized information.
Creative Services can set-up the front with your own original headline.
Q. My property has been on the market for a while and I don't want to send out just listed cards. What else can we do?
A Go ahead and choose a listed template but how about we change the
headline to "For Sale", "On the Market" or "Pick your Neighbors".
Q. Do you offer door hangers?
A. Creative Services does print on door hanger stock. Feel free to order
any of our templates or your own custom design to be printed on
doorhangers.
Q. How long do I need to give Creative Services on Open House mailers?
A. As Creative Services has no control over the post office delivery
times, we recommend at least 7 mailing days for Bulk Mail and at least
3 mailing days if sending first class. We offer an alternative option
when it comes to open houses however - how about door hangers! They can
feature more house photos and information.
Q. I have not listed or sold a property lately? How can I generate some business with mailers?
A. Neighborhood reports are always a good card. Let your farm know what the activity is in their neighborhood and to call you with more information.
Q. What are Neighborhood Reports?
A. Neighborhood reports are simply the market activity in a certain
subdivision/area. What has listed and sold in the past few months. The
information is taken from MLS.
Q. I want to pick up potential new buyers through contacting Renters. What do you offer?
A. We have cards geared towards Renters including a card noting the
money they are losing over time. We even have a link we will send you to acquire specific apartment lists.
Q. How about offering mailers on Property Management?
A. With it being a buyer's market, some houses are sitting longer and sellers need a new option. We do offer property management mailers.
Q. I specialize in working with Seniors. What do you have?
As the baby-boomers get older their housing needs change and they are a
great source for selling their big homes and buying something smaller.

Q. What are Call-to-Action Brochures?
When real estate agents advertise they should always be ending their
marketing with a reason for potential clients to content them otherwise
known as a call-to-action!! Here are some great informational brochures
to advertise that people can get from you including helping kids with
moving ideas, costly mistake prevention tips, etc.
Q. I am heading into closing with my buyer/sellers - do you offer change of address products?
A. Absolutely! Your clients will appreciate some change of address
cards (printed with a "courtesy of agent name" so their family/friends
know who has assisted their loved one). Labels are available to! Use
picture of home or we can do a generic graphic.
Q. What is the Moving Kit?
The Moving Kit is also a nice closing gift. Clients receive an
information guide with labels to adhere to their boxes for easy moving
organization. Just another inexpensive gift to provide to your clients
that they will appreciate.
Q. What are the buying and selling guides?
A. These come in two different formats: 11x17 folded version or a sleek
booklet. These are full of information about what they will expect as
they go through the real estate process. Highly informative and helpful
to your clients!!!
Q. What is MyPersonalKey? A. MyPersonalKey is a RE/MAX Allegiance trademark and the marketing
materials reflect the services that are provided by RE/MAX Allegiance.
Q. What is HOMEfinder/SOLDfinder?
A. HOMEfinder and SOLDfinder are
RE/MAX Allegiance programs set-up through their agents' sell4 websites.
They allow potential clients to sign up for automatic email
notifications, from you the agent, when a home meets their
buying/selling criteria. When the folks are ready to start their real
estate transaction they will remember that you have provided valuable
information over the last few months. Get our colorful marketing
materials to advertise this program.
Q. I am going to meet with a potential buyer/seller - what can I order from you?
A. Creative Services offers buyer and listing individual
pages or booklets with relevant information. These flyers highlight
RE/MAX Allegiance and International as well as questions about client
needs and a brief overview of what to expect.
Q. How are the buyer and list books different from the buyer and seller guides? A. The buyer books and list books are for pre-list and meant to present potential clients with the benefits of working with your company and you. The buyer guides and seller guides are definitely more about the real estate process focused from what to
expect from beginning to end. We recommend offering the guides once the
client has signed you on as their real estate representative.
Q. I can customize your list books or buyer books pages with my own information?
A. Yes. In fact we highly encourage you too. Please give us your bio or marketing plans to create a consistent presentation.
Q. What is the Allegiance Advantage Program?
A. The Advantage offers colorful newsletters customized with your agent
information. The flyers include a personal .doc file summarizing the
newsletter for you to customize with your information. This can be
ordered as a regular mailing program or a once-in-a-while occasion. If
you want to follow-up with a note or gift we have corresponding
marketing cards.
Q. What are Frequency Cards?
A. Frequency cards are marketing meant to go with client gifts.
(Because you have chosen to drop gifts off at different frequencies).
There are many choices on our website but let us know if you need
something created specifically for your type of gift.
Q. Do you offer regular mailing programs?
A. Yes! Yes! and Yes! The internet is a huge part of business but you
have to drive the traffic to your website somehow. Regular mailing
programs are definitely still live and well as you have a better chance
of attracting clients through the mail vs. email from a stranger aka
spam. There are tons of different series for you to choose from or feel
free to mix and match from different series. As long as you are mailing
consistently (monthly-quarterly) you will be better remembered.
Creative Services has been very diligent in offering cards that clients
might have a chance of keeping for awhile (i.e. events, garage sale
tips, etc.)
Q. Who should I be mailing to on a regular basis?
A. There is no 100% right answer for this question. Creative Services
definitely recommends your past customers because they are a good
referral base. If you want to farm neighborhoods you have to be
consistent! Two or three mailings will not give consistent return
results. Consider sending your listed and sold cards to your farm list
so they will see you as real estate expert who moves business.
Q. How do I get you my mailing list?
A. You can submit your .xls , .csv , .txt files from Outlook/Top Producer, etc. Also, we can pull subdivisions from tax records.
Q. I need a mailing list but am not going to have any addressing done through Creative Services. Can I get that?
Yes. We charge a $10 fee to download and setup a list if you are not getting anything addressed in Creative Services.

Q. Do you offer gift certificates that I can give to my fellow agents as a thank you or celebratory gift?
A. Yes
Q. I want to market more but just don't have time or forget - what can you do to help me that?
A. Creative Services offers a program called Automatic Services.
We will send reminder emails and/or proofs as your listings and
closings occur and nothing will be printed without your approval. This
is a great service if you know you want to order feature flyers
every time you get a new home or a just sold card after a closing.
Again, NOTHING will proceed, be printed or charged without your
approval. Open to RE/MAX Allegiance agents only.
Q. How can I stand out after a pre-list appointment?
A. A very memorable way is to send a hand-written thank you note appreciating the time of the potential clients.
Q. Do you have cards targeted at FSBOs?
A. Yes. Consider changing the language to "Unrepresented Sellers"
